Cancellation Policy

If registration is cancelled 10 business days prior to conference start date, 100% refund of registration fees. If registration is cancelled in less than 10 business days prior to conference start date, fees are non-refundable.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, the organization may send an appropriate substitute at no additional fee. If a registered participant fails to attend or send a substitute, fees are non-refundable.
John Deere Agri Services, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any conference; in this event, registration fees will be refunded in full.
John Deere Agri Services, Inc. assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other participant expenses that may be incurred due to cancellation.
